Can stock 19" wheels be polished???

I'm not into chroming the wheels but would like a nice bright finish. Do they need to be 100% aluminium in order to be polished?

They are aluminum and yes they can be polished.

Found "The" local place to have them done. Got a quote of $250 per wheel. Seems like a good price now I have to work out the logistics of getting old tires dismounted...wheels polished.......new tires mounted.....all with a car without 4 wheels.
