This is being removed for an SR20DET at CIP Motorsports. However, a few of us can't figure out what motor it really is. It's a '69 roadster and the vin on the motor matches the chassis. Anyone know?

It looks like a 1600 engine. I think that roadster engine is called the R16. You will see similar engine PIX if you look at some of the 1600 roadsters you see on eBay. Good luck with the SR20. Dewey
