Does anyone know how much it would cost to have my tension control rods and my ball joints replaced or if I would be able to do it my self with a friend or something cuz my car keeps making that clunking sound when I make hard turns or just turn the wheel all the way thx.

are you completely shure it's your ball joints and tension control rods, because it might be your upper strut mounts. Open the hood, turn on the car and have a friend watch the tops of the struts when you turn the wheel left and right, if it "pops" meaning moves up and down at all, then therein lies your problem. Check that first
