the specs on a sr20de?? this shop has one theyll give me for really cheap but im not sure if i should even do it.

i did realize that, which is why i said it wasnt worth it unless u have a blown or dieing ka and can get an sr20de for real cheap. whats the point of getting an engine that has the same horsepower of a ka24e and less than a ka24de and less torque than both?

I don't see this thread really going anywhere productive.

I will say this: An SR20DE is only worth it if you get one for cheapo. It's a downgrade from the KA24DE, but most aftermarket stuff that fits an SR20DET should bolt on. However, the DE Should be running 9.1:1 compression and no piston oil squirters IIRC, so you'll be limited on turbo options if you decide to go turbo with it.
