I trying to figure out if i have a short or not, and why my 100amp inline fuse (to battery in trunk) keeps blowing. I ohmd my junction block up front (where all my power wires are joined) and found 6.4 ohms to the body ground (im not sure if this is normal, i dont have an ETM just a FSM). So if someone wants to ohm their positive battery terminal that would help as well (remember to unhook it first though, and leave the negative connected). Any help is appreciated, also is the 2 100amp inline fuses big enough for the starter current? The car i took it out of (the same car i took the sr from) was running these with 2 80 amp fuses believe but am not positive. I traced the 6.4 ohm wire that was showing at my junction under the hood to be the "room lamp, (3rd down from top on the right side) of the under dash fuse box inside. Ohm the right side it, the left side is the power received from inside the engine bay from the battery, the right side goes to the load (which is the interior lights, something for radio, and other things). If anyone can do this report back quick would be much appreciated, or someone with some knowledge on the amp and fuses im running.
