If you want to save some money and don't mind a day's worth of work, buy a Herculiner kit. They're typically under $100 and the stuff is applied with a roller. 2 coats minimum is needed for a truck bed, and the most important step is the prep work. All the shine needs to be sanded off the existing paint, and the surface needs to be CLEAN! Use sandpaper and not the useless little scratchy pad that comes with the kit, and clean with acetone before application. Also, tape off anything you don't want this stuff on, and wear rubber gloves, as it's hard to get off your skin.
