can someone please help me with the speed gov. mod?

in the mod. section it says to cut the yellow wire with the green stipre on the right side. but there's 3 or 4 wires with that desciption! can someone please post some pics. or some better instuctions on how to remove the speed govener 'cause the one's in the mod. section kinda suck!!!!:help
