the upper manifold would be easy, you just swap the two sensors and you would wanna remove the swirl control valve on the intake runners
If this s14 motor is going to be in an s13 there is no issue.
However, otherwise in comparing the s13 lower and s13 lower manifold they are pretty different.
the tps is different, there are two werid coolant lines that need to be run. the iacv looks the same, but i cant say if it will work.
there is a vacuum galery on the back of s14s, it is much smaller than the s13 vacuum gallery. the bad part is that the s13 one is run entirely different, plus it has two solenoids that you cant hook up to a s14. so unless you had bother galleries you might have a hard time trying to compare the two.
the two lower manifolds are physcially the same but all the crap on em is not, and the s13 has a lot more vacuum crap going on.
but you can plug everything and only run vacuum for the fuel pressure regulator and the brake booster
