Can someone please help me out with a wiring issue??

for the longest time my overdrive has not been working in my 95 hardbody. v6 4x4. i do not have any power to my switch, and according to any of the diagrams i've seen it pulls it's power through fuse position 11. that fuse is fine. could i maybe run a new 12v line to my switch?
