After many month of problem solving I finally took the car the track, I could not do many passes because I somehow blew my rear transmission seal after the 1st run.

R/T .62960' 2.5841/8 10.065MPH 76.931/4 15.016MPH 100.23

I am running s13 sr20det with t3/t4 turbo at 8 psi, I still havent really figured out how to lunch the car yet ( .64 exhaust housing is laggy) and there is room for improvement as soon as i get my injectors.Question: Can this car do a better 1/4 time if I keep practicing or is the car too slow to do any better?

You have a fairly high trap speed, this should be a 13 sec car. Get your injectors, get a tune and go back to the strip. Launching the car is all a learning lesson, no two cars will be the same, unless it's an automatic...

You really need new injectors and a tune to take this car to it's full potential. You're choking it or suffocating it rather, with the lack of fuel.

I ran the same trap speed as you and clocked a 14.3 on a BPU S14 SR @ 10psi...

Make sure you get new injectors and a tune before you up the boost!
