i don't know how it got bent but its bent pretty bad...i don't know the name for it so i can't even look for a used part.someone name that part for me

LCA = Lower control arm.

That looks like the result of a high-speed impact with a curb.

Cheap in a junkyard, or buy aftermarket from SPL Parts.

try car-part.com, you can usually find it pretty cheap on there. Also get an alignment asap after you install the new one.

If buying from the dealer be advised they sell only the LCA with new ball joint already in place, not as separate units = price goes up.

And, bro spend some money on suspension. The strut bushing is nearly gone!

Well said the same thing happened to a friends 240sx he tried being a Fanboy Drifter and went into a curb at about 25MPH or so and like 574-240sx said get an alignment afterwords

i wasn't drifting when i hit the curb hehei do need to save up and upgrade my suspension... everything is stock right now and i don't know the conditions of the bushings.

oh Where do i go to get the life time alignment and how much do they run for?

firestone about $160 bucksi got mine on special for $100 though, you may be able to talk to the manager and work something out, maybe if you get some other stuff done at the same time or something

Ya you know what suxs... trying to replace a ball joint... lol i had to and i think i rather replace the entire assembly then to replace a ball joint...

this is going to make me look like a di*k and please dont take this the wrong way but you guys do know they make a ball joint press tool. it takes like 5 minutes if you dont know what your doing. im spoiled my pops owns a tool rental store. im very lucky. anyone in the stl that needs any help email me ive got engine lifts and all kind of goodies.
