Can someone ID these parts?

So I bought a parts car last weekend, while disassembling I found a bubble bag tucked in a clear-ish plastic box under the panel behind the drivers seat. In it was a shiny pair of.... something... Nissan branded, like it was a dealer accessory long forgotten in there. I want to say it looks like a suction cup apparatus for something, a roof rack attachment to the back window maybe?
