can someone help me out on a little info about the rb20 and rb25

now i have a stock rb20 in my 95 240sx an i found out the motor was no good.its all stock an i was wondering if i buy an rb25 what will i need to change other than the wire harness.. do i have to change anything cuz i know the rb25 works with an rb20 transmission
