ok well to start off flame or not i dont care i just wanted to know what this means,

i currently have a 1993 nissan 240sx hatch its bone stockand i have been looking at rims lately and i cant afford them now but i will in a few months

so can someone tell me what all of this means? (17x9+22 with 245/40/17)i know what the 17 and the 9 means but what about the rest?
