RB20:I have the wires spliced and I need the correct voltage readings please. Just to make sure they're ~5v, .4v, 0 correct? Thanks!

voltage reading at the tps is a poor measurement of calibration what you really want to check is continuty of the idle switch, when the idle switch is set right so will the tps.
