There's gotta be 100 online wheel retailers that specialize in OEM hubcaps and OEM wheels. Used and new.

A local tire/wheel shop might also have them. I'll bet there's a local used wheel/hubcab dealer that has some. Try junkyards. Phone book. There's OEM wheels everywhere.
