Can OE rockers be swapped between different heads?

I just swapped a used head (supposidly rebuilt with only 200 miles, yeah right) anyways it has really noisy rockers and what I was wondering is if I can take the rockers off my old head (that made no noise except the bent valve) and put them directly on the "new" head. I already ran a quart of ATF throw the motor and it didnt seem to help. It sounds like my ex's junk honda when it hits 3k-6k rpm so I know it must be the rockers all clogged up with crap. Any help is appreciated! Thanks
