Can my Nav be activated

I have a 2009 Pathfinder SE, with the standard stereo and information screen, but there is no navigation, apparently it was an option, I was planning on buying a gps for travel, but I was wondering if it is possible to activate the existing system. Thanks,

No real clue... for the dealer charge of navigation, you could buy a 55" TV, blueray, laptop and still have money left over for a GPS..
