Can M37 retrofit a Q70 steering wheel?

TL;DR Can we put a Q70 steering wheel into a M37 and retain button functions/heating? If so then any wheel that works on a Q70 will work on a M37.

Recently on a FB group a person posted a picture of their Q70 with a 2018 Q50 steering wheel on it, they said all functions (buttons and such) still work, only thing that had to be done was the back of the steering wheel had to be sanded down.

IMO is that the M/Q70 wheels is nicer than the Q50 wheel. The whole Q50 car is just...cheap.

That being said, there is supposedly a company called TTD Craft or something that will redo your wheel with new materials, lights, etc. I think those look MUCH better.
