I couldn't explain this.

Ran an entire can of throttle body cleaner through the motor (via PCV hose).,..

car runs GREAT.. An extremely noticeable increase in power. Car is much more responsive.

HOWEVER, this only lasted for about 2 weeks. After that point, car is sluggish again.

Does that make sense?

well yeah,you cleaned the deposits, now they are back.

well it could mean that you are putting really bad gas in it..?what grade gas do you get..?
