Can I use the spare tire set ?

I have the 2018 QX80 with 22" rims . Now the QX has 37k miles on, since I just drive it once a week. So, the spare tire/rim set was under the car for four years, and never been used.
It's a silly question,, I was wondering if I can use the spare tire/rim set when I go replace the tires on the car ? A Bridgestone 22" tire cost around $300+.
Anyone done this before? Please advice.
