can i use s14 rear brake rotors with my s13 caliper?

I'm upgrading to 300ZX brakes. After reading "The Definitive 300ZX Brake Swap" (http://importnut.net/300zxbrakeswap.htm), it seems that swapping the rear Z32 brakes is too much of a hassle for a novice.

So after searching, I found through this link (zerothread?id=145456) the rear brakes for the S13/14/15 are the same.

On my 91 SE hatch, I plan on doing the 5 lug conversion offered by Intensepower.com, with the 300ZX front brake conversion. Could I leave the rear brake calipers in place and get the S14 SE (5 lug) rotors and pads? Would that work?

Yes you can use s14 se rear rotors or you can redrill your s13 rear rotors.
