I went to a second hand tools and materials store near my house, and I found a pipe that probably will work, because the price of the tool needed for this task is very expensive and I want to save some bucks.
I found a used 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 1" pvc tee.

It has a 1" reducer glued to one of its ends.

Its circumference almost fits with the oil seal's one.

And I'm thinking to used by hitting the 1" reducer's side, and the smaller end as a handle.

I have never made this job before, so I don't know what side of the oil seal goes inside facing the engine: the side with the canal or the side with letters written on it.
In case this pvc tee is too long to be used in the small space between the fan and the engine, I will have no problems by making it short.
My concern is that the pvc outside circumference end is between 1/16" to 1/8" smaller than the outside circumference of the oil seal, and I don't know if this is fine, or if I probably will mess with the seal somehow.
Can I use this pvc tee as an oil seal installer tool? If yes, then I think I have saved a lot of money, because it did cost 75 cents...
