can I use a driver side mirror from a 97-98 q45 on my 99??

sorry for the obscure question, but I need to change the driver side mirror on my 99, and I'm looking at one on Ebay but it says it fits the 97-98...if anyone has advice on if this would fit I would certainly appreciate it

Sorry it does'nt look like it as far as part numbers go. Look in the service manual to see if the connectors and the wiring diagrams are the same, http://Nicoclub.com/FSM
