Yes, its a T2 flange, it will fit any T2 series turbo such as T25, GT28R, GT28RS, GT2871R, GT2540R, GT2876R, and so on.

Keep in mind that it will fit the flange but the turbo itself will require some fairly extensive modification. The turbo will need clocked and you will need to fabricate new actuator brackets. None of the stock piping will bolt up to it either so the piping on the intake and pressure side will need to be custom.

Take a look at the GT675's on Z1's site to get an idea of the brackets/adapters required to make it bolt up similar to stock.

It is possible but an off the shelf GT28RS is far from bolt on.
