Probably depends on how the swap was done.

A normal swap would have done everything (bumper, bumper support, hood, fenders, headlights, headlight brackets, corners). Those are all different from 95/96 to 97/98.

All that should be different is the front bumper, headlights, fenders, and hood. So buy 97/98 if you need that stuff or tail lights, everything else is the same between 95-98. I think thats what youre asking, does that answer your question?

Taillights are interchangable, but are different styles between zenki and kouki.

Forgot to mention grille being different between the 2.

I'd find a local person with a real kouki and compare to see what on yours is different. As I said I believe kouki bumper support and light brackets are different, but its probably possible that someone could have modified them to work.

Also to be sure. You do have a 1996 model right? And someone said they swaped the kouki front end? Just making sure you don't actually have a '97 model with a '96 manufactured date.

I still have no idea what you're asking? Are you replacing parts because they're damaged? Or just getting it repainted? Having the different front end is not that big a deal, it doesn't affect anything mechanical. If its a kouki, and you need to replace some front body part, just get the part from a 97-98. Simple enough.

Oh OK... you didn't mention body kit in your first post. If thats the case then yeah just get a kit for a 97-98, cause the front end is the only thing thats different, lots of people run kouki side skirts and such on their zenkis, it all bolts up.

Every part from the 95-98 are interchangable, just depends which front you want on.
Where are you at in PA bro? I have a kouki bumper, fenders, and hood, all aftermarket. and I also have everthing for a zenki too. Hit me up, maybe we can strike a deal.

If the stock kouki bumper is hanging on there just fine, any aftermarket one will too
