Can I switch an 03 Center Console with 05-07 Center Console (including radio)?

Currently, my 6 CD changer in my Bose radio is locked up. I know this is a known issue, as this has already happened to me one other time while still under warranty. I also would like have an iPod or MP3 port without having to do extensive modification or wiring.

My question: Is it possible to change out the center console and radio of my 2003 G35 Coupe with a 05-07 console and radio? If this is possible, does the 05-07 radios have iPod or MP3 ports?

If you want a short answer, no. If you want a long answer, hell no, unless you're willing to spend 2 grand. the entire dash is different, including some framing and its just a tremendous hassle. I know the series 2 G35 has a much nicer interior, and exterior too, but its too difficult to change.
