What would i have to change to put an OBD-2 engine in my 92 240sx. Would i have to use the OBD-2 ecu and wiring harness? Any input would help. Nick

Integra? wtf? He's asking if he can put a '96 motor in a '92 240.

Yes, you can. There'd be no reason it wouldn't fit. I'm sure the wiring harness and ECU would have to be switched too, but that's not a big deal.

Just change intake and exhaust manifolds. Much simpler and cheaper. You only need to buy gaskets.

The only reason why i asked was because i might be getting an 96 240 engine with 40K for a cheap price. My engine has a tensioner problem and 178000 miles. Nick

If you can get it I would definetely do it. Just take the intake and exhaust manifold from your 92 and put them on the motor from the 96.
