Can I put a 2010 bumper on my 2009 G37?

I managed to crunch my bumper pretty well and it's going to need to be replaced (just the skin - no structural damage). I've noticed some nicer looking bumpers on the newest G37s. I don't know if they are just bumpers or bumpers with add-on pieces. But I would love to get a more aggressive look.

Anyone know if it's a straight replacement?
Will the existing substructure need to change?
Will the radar receiver setup still work?

I'm going to ask these questions to the dealer/bodyshop but I seriously doubt that they will be able to answer them (or they'll just make up whatever answer that makes me go away).
