Can I max out 555cc injectors with my turbo?

I have an SR with a t04b and all supporting mods except injectors. I have the z32 MAFS, Greddy VSPL FMIC, full exhaust etc. etc. etc. + nismo step 2 cams, SAFC.

The turbo is a t3/t04b, t3 .48 a/r turbine housing w/ .42 a/r compressor housingmachined for a T 5/6 t04b wheel.

Apparently the guy who owned the turbo last made right at 300whp/320ft/lbs at 16psi on pump gas. Is this the best that this turbo can do?

I'm looking at some 555cc Nismo injectors and am wondering if this turbo at max psi (whatever that is) will max out those injectors? I plan on 16psi on that turbo/injector setup, but am wondering if it is capable of more, and if it is, is it capable of more on the 555cc injectors?

It's awesome so far on 370cc injectors, I'm running 9psi, is more on stock injectors even possible?

Tell me about this turbo. I'd like maybe 330rwhp on 93 octane gas, if that is not possible, I will probably go with a larger turbo from the t04e series and sell this one.

people had problems with stock SR injectors at around 220-230whp and/or 11-12psi...injectors running at 100% duty cycle and sputtering all over.

The 555cc injectors are 33% bigger, so you can run 33% more power so around 300-310whp. Actual psi will vary greatly depending of setup.

I would think you would need a bigger MAFS and need an ECU upgrade do to more 33% more fuel. I tought the rule thumb was for every 1psi or .1 bar was 10 more HP?

Yeah, the z32 is good for 550 I hear, that will never be the bottleneck in my setup.

So a little over 300whp with the injectors, what about the turbo itself? If the turbo is not capable of anything above that, I will just buy the 550cc injectors, if it can do more like 350whp, I'll go bigger on injectors...

According to my calculations (Jesus I sound like a nerd) 300whp is the best that turbo can do, nothing above that.

if u seach on this i know all the possible turbos were talked about a lil bit ago, and it talked about the hp ratings on em, im pretty sure it was on nico

Well if that's the case, then those will be perfect for me.

Can I go any higher on my current setup at 9psi? I have no idea what power I am making currently.

you need to find a compressor map for your turbo, if one even exists, that will tell you where you can run it safely.RC engineering has a cool injector calulator on their website.

yes you will max out 555cc injectors with that setup because mine was almost identical and I maxed out at 300 whp. The injectors will only hold 356 crank reliably beyond that your pushing the injectors out of efficiency. You can cheat the sytem by bumping up fuel pressure but this can also be risky due to the fact that the fuel pressure could drop for no reason and BOOM.

550cc's are good for 400hp not 400WHP. at 90% duty cycle they can do 380hp but your safe zone for them is 70% duty cycle. Enthalpy doesn't recommend going over 70% duty cycle.

Im running 550cc's with my gt2871r .64 trim. at 20 psi my injecters will just be over 80% duty cycle so its 20 for the track and 10 for daily drivin for me.
