can I make 300-350hp and pass emmissions

I talking about at the crank or wheels. I figure it would all depend on engine managment.

So wich way should I go, stand alone, jwt or what.

or should I go with the sr20 swap.

It depends on your state emissions laws. If they do not allow aftermarket turbos and actually do some kind of a visual, probably not. I don't knoe the emission laws in WA.

Here in washington they don't do a visual inspection unless you fail three times I believe. The only counties that require emissions testing are Clark, King, Pierce, Snohomish and Spokane . As long as you don't change any of the internals and don't remove any of the emissions stuff you may be okay, since they have you only do sniffing at idle and 25mph.
