Can I install and S14 rack in an S13?

My power steering has been operating w/o the pump lately because of my swap and it makes some grinding noises and locks up occasionally so I think upgrading or replacing is a good idea. Can I use an S14 rack? I read somewhere on here that it is stronger and has a quicker ratio, but I don't recall finding that it fits an S13.
