Can I install 2007 Infiniti M35 Navigation unit in my 2007 Nissan Maxima?

I have a buddy who totalled his 2007 Infiniti M35, and i was wondering i could install his navigation unit in my 2007 Nissan Maxima SL. Any insight would be helpful fellow Maxima lovers!

Sure it can be done with enough $$$ but it will not be plug and play by any means. There's sensors and antennas integrated into the windshield etc...plus who knows if all the wiring matches up. The dealer tires to charge $8000 to install OEM nav!!!
