I have the stock 03 6-disc changer with SAT button (not Bose). I want to keep it factory, and apparently it's already pre-wired for Satellite radio (according to the VIN anyways). I took it to Best Buy in the hopes that I can hardwire it to the factory stereo, but they told me they can only hook it up using the FM transmitter. I want to install a Sirius Sportster 5 kit, as my other car already has one and i can simply put the receiver in whichever car I'm driving. Does anyone know if there's any truth to it, or do they just not know what they're talking about? Any help on this would be appreciated...

I'm pretty sure that there is an aftermarket adapter to fit to the head deck...I think I've seen it posted on here. Try a search in the forum.

Do you have any idea what the adaptor is called?

Not sure on the name...I thought PAC made it...but it may be disco'd.

Here is a thread discussing it for a G37(there may be more) post5814210.html?hilit=G35%20stereo%20adapter#p5814210

Here is one full kit: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Infiniti-G35-G3 ... ltDomain_0

Thanks for the reply, but I would prefer not to purchase a second Sirius radio and subscription. I wanted to connect another Sportster vehicle kit so I can use the same receiver from my other car :P
