Can I connect a Garmin Nav so it displays on my 2009 Murano's console screen?

My wife and I recently purchased a nicely equipped 2009 Murano AWD LE, minus the navigation. We already had a Garmin and didn't see the need to invest in the factory nav system.

Unfortunately, we haven't figured out how to wire it so it will display on the center console screen in AUX mode. Is this even possible? I can't imagine it wouldn't be possible, but perhaps we were a little naive in overestimating the technology. If there is a way to sync these up, please help.

Any thoughts? Ideas? Advice?

Thanks!

Provided your Garmin has video out capability you would need to use the aux input at the rear of the console.

Even then you would only be able to view it when the vehicle is not moving. There's a modification available to get around this restriction but it may impact your warranty.
