Can I Claim A Unpaid Check.

The problem is I went to work at the concert and I have not received my check and I live about 5 hours away from where the concert I worked in and I think that the supervisor I was working with might of stolen my check, the supervisor was supposed send my check to my house withing 15 days and i think he might of stolen my check, because is been almost a month an I think is a little suspicious. I was thinking if I could claim the unpaid check or do something about it? I hope you guys get my point.

Its a big labor lawsuit liability for holding pay... I had an issue in the past where an employer refused to give me another check for a destroyed check I had that had never been negotiated... President of the company refused... I had a labor lawyer give him a call and ask to make an appointment, the check was hand delivered the next day.
