I saw a post that mentioned a post describing changing the starter... anyone know where or .. I’m afraid of this infamous third bolt..

There shouldn't be a third bolt to worry about. The starter is held on to the block by 2 bolts, one clearly accessible from the bottom. The other slightly hidden.
