Can I buy ONLINE, exact same parts that I would get from dealer?

I would like to buy drive belt, alternator and fuel filter.

I can go to a dealer and get them.

Now, is there an online site where I can get them (exact same ones with Nissan written on them and no other brands) too - probably at a better price.

I did some search on google - but, did not find any.

Sure. You should be able to find them at http://www.everythingnissan.com. They'll be the same genuine Nissan parts your dealer carries.
