I have an 02 path with the bose, I was wondering if there is a way that I can add an amp so I can run a sub.. I have done this before with a converter that went from speaker wire to rca, will this work with all the bose stuff ? Also, where is a good place to tap into it ? Is it going to sound good ?

Thanks.

Yeah you can, just use a line output converter and tap into the speaker wire right before the the rear amp. That exactly what I'm doing when I finish making my box, hopefully by the end of the week.

yup basically use the speaker inputs on the amp with a line out converter... ive done it..... i had this type of setup for about a year and decided it wasn't loud enough, so I ripped out the whole bose and replaced everything

Ok, I will try this.. One more thing.. I have not looked for the amp yet, Where is it and how do i know what wires to tap into ? Is it just speaker wires going into the amp ?

Thanks.
