Every morning my transmission won't let me get into gear. After forcing it in and running for a few minutes it shift perfectly fine. I also hear a low wine sound when I depress the clutch. That also go away after a few minute of driving.

the low whining sound when you depress the clutch sounds like a bad throw out bearing which would also cause the gears to be difficult..wierd though how it will go away when warm i have never heard of that before..two other things that cause stiff gears are the clutch master and slave cylinders..may want to check into all of those by using the search button..to me though it definately sounds like the T.O. bearing

another idea besides TO bearing for your whine could be old gear oil. If it's been a while since you've changed the gear oil, that could help the whine (once the fluids warm up, they become thinner and thus your whine goes away as the fluid is easier to push around) and it will help your shifting problem as well.

I wouldn't put out failing hydrolics though. Hydrolics like to piss out when winter starts to rear its head
