the problom im having is that the car keeps wanting to stall out .i change all of the o ring on the fuel injectors and put in a new fuel regulator and fuel filter,i changed the wires and cap,plugs and distributer.i dont have an engine light on and when it does happen it feels like its running out of gas.i had the fuel pump tested and its good,i havent mess with the iacv yet but my friend said i would have a engine light on if it was bad.i really dont know what to do now!please help i love this car!!!!! its a 94 gxe max.

did you change the injectors themselves? we had a sputtering/stalling problem on our old 93 SE (now sold) and it was the injectors. replaced all 6 and it ran like a top after that.

I would check for codes on the ECU anyways. Its actually pretty common for a code to be in the ECU and not have the check engine light on with OBD1 cars. My Maxima does it all of the time.

I would check the injectors themselves as Nissan injectors are said to be pretty weak. I would clean the IACV as it can get pretty dirty and cause some issues. You might also check to make the EGR isn't stuck, that can cause stalling as well.

Does it idle alright or does it have issues doing that?

its fine when its idleing but if im on the highway doing 65 it starts bucking as if its running out of gas,is there a way to test and see if one of your injectors are bad?

finally i fixed it ,it was a bad maf senor , picked one up at the junk yard for 40$,runs great..and after 300$ in go figure
