Can bald tires cause bump steer?

Hey there!I'm on coils and just like everyone else I fixed my horrible bump steer from being low with some aftermarket tie rods.I noticed today however, my bump steer seems to be coming back and the only reason I can think of is because my tires are as bald as linoleum. Can bald, worn tires cause bump steer to worsen?

Thanks, but I figured out that its just my tires slipping and sliding around when I go over different pavement textures. I need tires

My bald rear tires were leading me to believe that my steering rack was outy! Why am I always so lax when it comes to buying tires?
