can anyone translate this? I think it means idle control but i'm still learning japanese.

I'm sure it's not for diag cause there is no led on the ecu

I'm not very fluent in Jap but i can read Katakana and Hirakana...some Kanji

Yes it's saying something about idle adjustmentthe little knob on the bottom left's just explaining you how to adjust it....left decrease, right increase..
