Can anyone tell whats wrong with my car now

Went to the part store to pick up some oil and my car will not turn over when I got out. My starter was dead it has been going out for a while before than. The parking lot was to small to push start it so I change the starter out there. I forgot to undo my battery and I arched the wrench against the car and it popped my fuel pump fuse. After I finished installing everything the fuel pump does not turn on any more. What could of happen. I changed the fuse my ecu turns on the starter is spinning the car just does nothing due no fuel. Oh and the fuse I pulled out was a 15 amp and it was suppose to be an 10 amp if that makes a difference.

Im using a 30A fuse for my fuel pump (Walbro)

Did you check the big 75A alt fusible link? I think that may cause some problems.

The computer tells the fuel pump to prime. I hope you didn't fry it. Might be worth checking out.

yeah I checked the link and nothing out of the ordinary. I think my ecu is fired though. Does anyone have one they would like to sell
