Can anyone show me a picture of their altima coupe?

I just wanna see how the altima can be changed but then,,,since i'm not a reach kid, i just wanted to see how it look likeif i just put 19" rim but not lowered. Obviously, its either change rim, save up money and then lower or just do it together.

How do u guys think? Would it look lame if i dont lower it down but change it to bigger rim?

Thinking 19" with 245/40/19 tire.is 225/45/19 thinner than above?What does the number for the tire and rim indicate?Somebody please educate me
