I have the s14 sr fsm. But some of the things on it are different than the s13. Can anyone upload an s13 redtop fsm thats either in japanese or translated. Ive already gone through zeryon and links given in FAQ and no luck. Thanks for the help.

No known English version of the s13 sr fsm. What you looking to do anyway?

S13 and S14 are virtually the same. Why would you want a S13 specific one anyways?

All the important torque specs are the same.

It isnt the same. The pin outs for the ecu are different. And the torque specs are not all the same. Instead, some have a difference even its little (If it says 12ft lbs of torque and you can only read off an s14 that tells you 14ft lbs, your more likely to cause problems like cross threading). I just want to have an s13 fsm for my sr instead of worrying about the difference. Lets put it this way, why should I make it more difficult on my self when I have to determine if something is the same when reading off a different fsm. I'll know that I dont have to worry about any of it because its the fsm for it. And another way to put it is, Why make 2 fsms if you say there virtually the same, can't they just put that its from this year to that year to cover the s13 and s14? :

Adrian, Ill upload it when I get it so I can share it. Hopefully someone has it instead of making remarks that are just a waste of time.

i think part of the problem your possible might have is that whilt the SR (S13 verison) was in its hayday, the FSM was on books not discs. that might be part of the problem..i know at at work the oldest nissan i can look up like a 94 or 95 on ASSIST

Waste of time?

There are S13 ECU pin outs everywhere and even S13 wiring diagrams everywhere. Just go to the site that you linke and it has all the wiring diagrams you need.

We've all been trying to find one for S13 SR but its not out there. You mentioned that S13 and S14 torque specs are different. Exactly which torque specs are different for S13 and S14 SR20DET?

Ive rebuilt 3 S13 SRs so far and followed the exact torque seq. and specs listed in a S14 FSM. Also followed clearaances listed in a S14 FSM and never had problems so far.

And if you really need the torque spec for every little bolt that's on the block in order to not strip the threads on the block... well.. good luck. Sometimes even when you are tightening to the spec, threads will strip.

Iv used a s14 FSM on all my s13 rebuild's too,4 of them. And they are the same thing..Why would they have different torque specs..Its the same motor..They were even made at the same time..And 2lbs of torque differents wouldnt matter at all..

In fact i have a few s13 FSM page's,Like the intercooler, turbo and manifold's..With all the torque specs and they are the same as the s14 in every way.
