any decent race shop, deending on what you intend to do with your car will determine what kind of cage you want, if you want to road race you want to go to a shop taht caters tot he road racing crowd, if you want to drag race you want a shop taht caters to the crag race crowd, each has it's own requirements so you'll want csomeone familiar with the rules of the type of racing you intend to do

if however you just want a cage on a street car any shop that does cage work will do

sanctioned by who? most of the smaller sanctioning bodies are very lax, if you find a shop that caters to road racing you'll be sure to get a good safe cage, a custom cage will cost $2-3000

there are less stron bolt in or weld in kits for much cheaper, pegasus racing has a weld in for under $900http://www.pegasusautoracing.c...=2407

Awesome! thankyou I'm gonna go with the Pegasus just because it fits my price range and I don't think I'm gonna be doing much flipping in drift comps.

most of the cage "kits" require a bit of trimming to fit and of course welding

I have that part covered.... I like to consider myself a pretty decent "Rigger upper!" haha.
