Can anyone identify this leaking item?

I have a 2002 Infiniti qx4, and I am leaking oil. I got the car up on ramps, cleaned all of the oil that has been splattering the underside of the car, and have spotted a leak.

What ever that brown circular object is, it forms a bead of oil about every 60 seconds.

This is my first time posting, but I have been a lurker for a while, I appreciate any information.
