Can anyone help with some wiring questions??

I bought a 92 2+2 awile ago that needed some serious help. It was running on 3 cyls and had a few other problems. Right now I am trying to get the running situation sorted out. I found the previous owner has installed "new" injector plugs. They are butt-connector and electical tape specials...... really some of the worst work I have seen in a while. I started picking the wiring apart to fix it and have found an odd problem. I have 12 volt constant power to the injectors ALL THE TIME. With the key out of the car I still have power. Has anyone ever heard of such a problem?

Welcome to Nico!thats an odd problem, maybe the injector relay is stuck in the on position? try replacing the injector relay?
