Actually, they did make the Hakosuka in LHD. The car you are talking about is most likely a Nissan 2000gt or 2400gt. These were the four door Hakosuka Skylines in LHD with either an L20 or L24 with a single downdraft carb and usually a four speed. They also had slightly different tail lights. These were sold in very limited numbers (hence why so few people know about them) in Europe. I know of them being sold in Portugal, Finland, Norway, and the Canary Islands. Perhaps other places, but I can't say for sure.
As to it's value, really hard to say. As a GC10 Skyline, it will have the same rust issues in the rockers below the doors, at the bottom of the rear window, and in the engine bay where the firewall meets the inner fenders. The taillights, being pot metal, could be totally unusable. These will be impossible to find. Not difficult, IMPOSSIBLE. They can be replaced with Japanese market ones though.
The dash pad, being LHD, can't be replaced. You can recover it, but I doubt you will find a replacement. Other interior bits won't be a problem.
Now, a good, solid GC10 in Japan will run between $10k-$15k U.S. Not a perfect one mind you, but a decent one. But most of these will have GT-R replica parts, modified motors etc. While I don't know what these bring in your country, my guess would be it's worth around $5k U.S. if it's solid and complete. Again, without pics and more info, this is a guess at best.
